Products sold through Maisonora are shipped directly from China through third-party suppliers.

Orders generally require 1 to 3 business days for processing. Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Refunds and Customer Support

Refund requests are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must submit requests within the stated period and provide relevant order information. Refund approval depends on the applicable policy and circumstances.

When a refund is approved, Maisonora does not require the customer to physically return the product. The customer may keep or dispose of the item, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
